The ironclads Independencia and Huáscar

Some pictures of a few of tumbling dices Peruvian ships, we have Independencia, Huáscar and Unión. I’m pretty happy with these ships, the sculpts are good with lots of nice detail that paints up well giving the character of the ship but robust enough to game with. The only niggling thing is the size of the Huáscar’s and Independencia’s rig but this is small point and after rigging and adding flags I didn’t notice this as much, Especially with my over size pennants. And of course you can always cut the masts down. All in all I would Hartley recommend them as massively enjoyable to paint.

I'm a 27 year old wargamer originally from Pendock Worcestershire. I now live in Kingston and work as an architect in Teddington lock. I've been in to wargaming since I was about 9, starting with airfix and revell plastic figures then moving on to games workshop. I'm now manly in to historical naval gaming but I'll play whatever looks like good fun.
